Payment Confirmation

For Services:

The customer will receive the payment confirmation through email.

After making payments the confirmation from the company will reach the customer within 2 days.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided to the customer if they decide to cancel the policy or reduce the sum insured.

The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. (Dubai Branch) will take around 2 weeks to make the refund which will be provided through a cheque.

 

For No Refund Policy-

Refund won't be provided if the customer fails to disclose all the right information while procuring an insurance policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
